MamaFua App Code of Conduct

Introduction

This Code of Conduct establishes the expected behavior for all users and vendors who engage with the MamaFua platform. Failure to adhere to this code may result in penalties, including but not limited to warnings, temporary or permanent bans, and legal action.

General Principles

  1. Respect: Treat all users and vendors with dignity and respect.

  2. Integrity: Be honest and transparent in all transactions and interactions.

  3. Legality: Abide by all local, national, and international laws and regulations.

  4. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

Acceptable Use

  1. Communication: Maintain respectful and appropriate communication at all times.

  2. Transactions: All transactions must be completed within the MamaFua platform.

  3. Compliance: Comply with all rules and guidelines set by MamaFua, including payment policies and service guidelines.

Unacceptable Behavior

  1. Accepting Orders: We kindly ask you to consider your availability carefully before accepting orders to ensure smooth operations for everyone involved. To avoid suspension from the app, reject the order and let someone else take it if you are unsure about your availability.

  2. Registration: MamaFua's policy restricts registration for home cleaning, meal preparation, laundry/ironing, and massage services exclusively to female service providers. We invite male applicants to explore alternative service opportunities on our platform. Please note, registering as a male for the aforementioned services will result in the flagging of the account and its termination. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  3. Abuse & Harassment: Any form of abuse, sexual or non-sexual harassment, or harm based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, tribe, or disability is strictly prohibited.

  4. Off-platform Transactions: Attempting to take transactions off the MamaFua platform is not allowed and will lead to account termination upon identification.

  5. Fraud: Misrepresentation or fraudulent behaviour is not tolerated.

  6. Theft: Stealing or attempting to steal personal information or tangible property is strictly prohibited.

  7. Non-compliance: Failure to follow MamaFua's policies and guidelines will be considered a violation of this Code of Conduct.

  1. Use the built-in contact feature in the MamaFua app to report any violations.

Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in one or more of the following actions:

Changes to Code of Conduct

MamaFua reserves the right to modify this Code of Conduct at any time. Users and vendors are responsible for reviewing it regularly.

This Code of Conduct aims to create a safe, respectful, and transparent environment for all MamaFua users and vendors. By using the MamaFua platform, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
